Buying durians online has never been easier.
In fact, 3 simple steps are all you need:
- Check our online menu and select the durians you love.
- Select the package weight and click on the “Add to cart” button.
- Proceed to checkout and key in your details.
That’s it. Once we’ve received your order request, we will need you to complete payment through PayNow.
During checkout, do indicate whether you prefer to self collect or request for delivery.
Our Delivery Options
As we engage a third party delivery service provider, they will head down to the stall to collect the orders every day after 5pm.
To facilitate the large amount of orders daily, we have a cut-off time. Any orders received after 5pm will only be fulfilled at the earliest, on the next day.
There is also a $10 delivery fee for all orders island-wide with the exception of Sentosa which is $18.
However, for orders above $150, we will waive off this delivery fee, regardless of location.
Creating a Member Account
During checkout, you can create a member account by checking the box.
With a member account, you just need to login the next time you want to place an order and your records are stored for your easy convenience.
Occasionally, we do provide special promos and offers to members on the website, so do check out the member’s area.
Your Satisfaction Guaranteed
Most importantly, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
If ever you receive a durian that isn’t top quality, overripe or not creamy, do let us know and we are happy to do a one-to-one replacement.
While the durians are freshly prepared at the stall, there are rare occasions where the durian delivery journey results in condensation or other elements affect the quality.
If this should ever happen to you, just use our live chat or call us to enquire on the replacement process.
We will need a photo of proof so do reach out to us immediately as durians are perishable goods.
