Delivery
At DurianSellerSingapore.com we provide delivery at a flat rate of $10 to any location in Singapore, except for hard to access areas such as Sentosa, Tuas and some army camps. An additional surcharge is applicable for these locations.
However, we do provide Free Delivery for orders above $150 in value regardless of locations. Our system will also indicate to you the balance amount you need to hit this amount if you are considering our Free Delivery option.
For same day deliveries, do make all orders before 5pm. After this cut-off time, our durian experts will begin preparing the durians for delivery. As every order is freshly prepared, we need to consolidate all orders for the day by this timing. Unfortunately, any orders received after this timing will be pushed forward to the next day for delivery.
Our riders will dispatch from the stall at 6pm daily. Do have someone ready to receive our riders in the evening. You should receive your orders within a couple of hours, depending on how far you are from our stall.
Request for Cancellation
As our durians are brought in fresh daily, once an order is received, no cancellation is allowed. All products sold are also not exchangeable or refundable.
Unsatisfactory orders
Should there be any issues with your order, do reach out to us at support@duriansellersingapore.com or use our live chat on this website so we can access your order. All replacement or compensation is on a case-by-case basis. As such, do reach out to us immediately if you’ve any issue with your order. As these are perishable products, we will not be able to ascertain the validity of your claim if it is submitted after a period of time.
